About Project

We need a Senior Python Engineer who should be capable of leading the internal "AI Transformation" project.

You Have

  •  Mastery of Python: Extensive experience with Python, including deep understanding of its core principles and advanced features.
  • Proficiency in Web Frameworks: Expertise in Django and Flask, with the ability to design, build, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
  • Experience with LLM
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain (or similar frameworks)
  • Experience with Asynchronous Programming: Strong knowledge of asyncio and aiohttp, including the ability to implement high-performance, non-blocking applications.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Memcache, and Riak.
  • Version Control: Exceptional proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, and managing large-scale codebases.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently, particularly in large, distributed systems.
  • Experience in Performance Optimization: Understanding of performance profiling and optimization techniques for both applications and databases.
  • Security Best Practices: In-depth understanding of security principles, including data protection, authentication, and secure coding practices.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and participate in technical discussions.

Would be a plus

  • Travel Domain Expertise: Experience working with travel-related technologies, systems, or platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Cloud Services: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • DevOps Knowledge: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with AI solution integration in software engineering projects
  • Familiarity with cloud-native application development and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

You Are Going To

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python frameworks
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives 
  • Integrate AI solutions and tools to enhance application functionality and performance
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices are followed
