In our competence center we study the travel segment, experiment, and even advise our clients. Join us, because very soon we will create solutions for space travel. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale multiple cross-functional engineering teams embedded into a large travel enterprise environment. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our client’s teams, engaging directly with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with their goals. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the corporate travel domain, gaining valuable insights while working within a diverse cultural environment.

A leading provider of corporate travel management solutions, serving clients worldwide. The organization delivers end-to-end services – from booking and policy compliance to events, consulting, and traveler support – powered by advanced technology and data-driven insights. The focus is on sustainability, efficiency, and enhancing the traveler experience while helping businesses optimize costs and improve their travel programs.
You Have
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technical environment
- Strong background in software engineering with system architecture understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on familiarity with logging, monitoring, QA, and deployment practices.
- Deep experience in mentoring, team-building, and performance management.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks.
Would be a plus
- Experience in the business travel domain or complex B2B platforms
You Are Going To
- Lead and scale 2–4 cross-functional engineering teams, typically including Backend, Frontend, and QA specialists
- Coach and mentor Team Leads and senior engineers, fostering a culture of high performance
- Ensure strategic alignment and delivery of technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize initiatives and deliver value.
- Drive professional growth, system understanding, and cross-team improvements.
- Oversee planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.
- Act as a communication bridge between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
