AltexSoft is partnering with a U.S.-based healthcare provider that uses Salesforce and AWS to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions for patient care.

About Project

The project focuses on establishing reliable DevOps practices and improving release management for Salesforce applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of healthcare technology.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration or development experience
  • 5+ years applying DevOps practices, ideally within Salesforce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms and automation tools. 
  • Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems. Solid understanding of Salesforce DX and deployment methodologies.

Would be a plus

  • Experience with Gearset.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of metadata management and data migration strategies.
  • Awareness of compliance standards (HIPAA or similar). 

You Are Going To

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce solutions.
  • Establish version control standards and manage metadata governance.
  • Coordinate and oversee release processes across multiple environments.
  • Manage sandbox, staging, and production environments.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, backup, and recovery solutions.
  • Ensure compliance and access control for Salesforce instances.
  • Document DevOps processes and coach development teams on best practices.
  • Continuously improve deployment workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Support regression testing and evaluate potential cross-team impacts of new releases.
