About Project

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is not just a coder but a technical leader capable of designing scalable solutions, guiding stakeholders, and making independent decisions. This role is hands-on development focused, not administrative — you will write Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), architect solutions, and lead technical conversations. You should be confident enough to challenge assumptions, propose better approaches, and act as the technical anchor for the team. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can translate business needs into actionable technical plans, and operates with minimal supervision.

You Have

  • Experience & Expertise
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong command of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Solid understanding of REST API design; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products and licensing models, including Experience Cloud and Health Cloud.
  • Proven ability to recommend appropriate Salesforce products and features for customer-facing portals and healthcare workflows.

    Architectural & Leadership Skills
  •  Ability to design scalable architectures and guide solution decisions with incomplete or ambiguous inputs.
  • Experience influencing technical decisions and driving consensus in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills — clear, structured, and concise.

    Technical Breadth
  • Good understanding of data architecture (relationships, validation rules, batch jobs).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, AWS Lambda, or package-based development.
  • Language English — upper-intermediate or higher, with clear and structured communication.

Would be a plus

  • Salesforce Developer and Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Experience contributing to architecture or design decisions in enterprise environments.
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Exposure to modern DevOps practices and tools (Gearset, GitHub Actions, SFDX).

You Are Going To

  • Architect & Design
  • Translate high-level business requirements into structured technical designs and integration strategies.
  • Drive architectural decisions for complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Define best practices for LWC architecture, API design, and data modeling.

  • Hands-On Development
  • Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems (Slack, Microsoft Graph, healthcare APIs).
  • Maintain and improve data models, ensuring integrity, deduplication, and performance.
  • Lead & Collaborate Act as a technical lead, mentoring developers and guiding solution design workshops.
  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
  • Operate independently — make decisions, negotiate with business, and create actionable plans without heavy supervision.

  • Quality & Delivery
  • Participate in CI/CD processes (Gearset, GitHub Actions, SFDX) and follow agile development practices.
  • Promote code quality, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce security guidelines.
