AltexSoft is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue strategy and execution across all business units. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of digital transformation, where innovation meets impact.

About Project

As CRO, you will be the architect of our growth engine - responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue and scale our business globally. You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the future of AltexSoft, driving sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, market insight, and bold leadership.

You Have

  • Proven success as a CRO or senior revenue leader in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
  • A track record of scaling revenue through strategic planning, product innovation, and market expansion
  • Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success, with a strong grasp of modern revenue operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with P&L ownership and business strategy execution.

Would be a plus

  • Background in scaling teams across multiple geographies
  • Exposure to TravelTech, FinTech, or related industries.

You Are Going To

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with our long-term vision and market opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Integrate and optimize sales, marketing, and customer success functions to create a seamless revenue-generating ecosystem
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments, leveraging competitive analysis and innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic alliances that unlock new revenue streams and enhance brand positioning
  • Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously refine processes to maximize efficiency and profitability
