We are looking for a senior strategic marketing and growth leader who can connect market shifts, client needs, positioning, demand generation, and revenue outcomes into one scalable growth strategy.
This role combines strategic positioning, enterprise marketing, growth leadership, relationship-building, and full-funnel ownership.

You will help define how the company evolves its positioning, builds sustainable growth systems, strengthens enterprise relationships, and creates long-term competitive advantage in the next era of consulting and technology services.
You Have
* Proven experience in B2B consulting, enterprise technology, or services marketing environments
* Strong track record of driving pipeline growth and commercial impact, beyond traditional marketing metrics
* Experience evolving market positioning in rapidly changing industries and technology landscapes
* Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
* Ability to build client-centric marketing strategies and long-term relationship engagement systems
* Hands-on experience designing scalable growth processes, experimentation frameworks, and go-to-market initiatives
* High adaptability and strategic agility in fast-changing environments, including AI-driven market shifts and evolving GTM models
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Business Development teams
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
* Ability to operate as a strategic business partner with ownership across positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth
Would be a plus
* Experience in Travel & Hospitality technology or consulting
* Exposure to AI-focused products, services, or go-to-market strategies
* Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise relationship management
* Background in consulting-led or service-based business models
* Experience building or scaling marketing functions during periods of transformation
* Familiarity with AI-driven GTM approaches, automation, and modern growth tooling
* Experience working in remote-first and international environments
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
You Are Going To
* Evolve and strengthen AltexSoft’s market positioning at the intersection of Travel & Hospitality and AI consulting, aligning value propositions, offerings, and go-to-market strategy with emerging industry and technology trends.
* Own and optimize the full client funnel from awareness to revenue, driving client-centric marketing strategies focused on enterprise accounts, decision-makers, and long-term relationship development with both prospective and existing clients.
* Build and scale a predictable, high-quality demand generation engine through account-based marketing, direct engagement initiatives, and multi-touch relationship-building strategies that generate high-intent pipeline opportunities.
* Lead the transformation of marketing from a content-led to a client-led function by developing direct communication channels with target clients and ensuring marketing activities are driven by customer needs and business priorities.
* Improve funnel efficiency and business impact by increasing conversion rates, optimizing marketing investment versus pipeline contribution, and ensuring measurable influence on pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue outcomes.
* Design scalable and adaptive growth systems that support evolving business priorities, enable rapid experimentation, and allow fast adaptation to changing market and AI landscape dynamics.
* Establish a metrics-driven growth culture by defining full-funnel KPIs, increasing transparency and accountability, and leveraging data insights to continuously refine strategy, execution, and performance.
