About Project

We are looking for team member who is able to travel freely throughout Europe. Will be great if you live in Georgia or Poland. Work is hybrid - remote and office, but you need to be ready visiting the office couple time per week.

You Have

At least 3 years of experience as People Partner and at least 5 years in HR
Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional team work with understanding of overarching goals and conflicts of interests
Interest for current trends in IT industry, HR functioning and be able to come up with relevant HR solutions
Developed negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and have an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of English: C1 and can speak Georgian or Ukrainian

Operation support of People Management processes according to employee life cycle for reporting units
Act as an adviser of managers on any People-related issues, provide them support in processes and policies
Provide analysis of HR metrics to find areas for improvement and develop short, medium and long-term plans for the reporting units
Support employees’ satisfaction rate monitoring
Be the owner of one strategic project within the HR strategy
Collaborate with managers and HR team to improve People Management processes in the company
Participate in development, implementation, and maintenance of people related policies and procedures
Strengthen and support the company's internal Employer brand in everyday communication
Be ready to international trips 1 time per quartal.
