AltexSoft is currently in the American market for a Senior Director, Travel Accounts & Partnerships, who will be a great addition to our business development team and work closely with our Center of Travel Technology Excellence.

About Project

The ideal candidate will acquire and manage key Travel & Hospitality customers in North America. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of software development, and travel technology trends, and a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

The Center of Travel Technology Excellence is an organization inside AltexSoft that is focused on the strategic and operational development of our Travel & Hospitality expertise, and transforming it into a Unique Value Proposition for our customers, which is done through Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Software Development

You Have

  • 5 years experience in Travel & Hospitality or Travel Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • Proven expertise in driving B2B sales with deals ranging from 1M to 10M USD.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience working with internal senior management and business owners to align sales strategies and solutions.
  • Ambitious and target-focused with a drive to succeed.
  • Extensive personal network in the Travel Tech & Hospitality domain.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to travel worldwide up to 25% of the time.

You Are Going To

  • Developing, driving, and executing AltexSoft’s North American sales strategy in Travel & Hospitality, including acquiring new customers and developing the existing business.
  • Building, developing, and owning relationships with key clients in Travel & Hospitality.
  • Responsible for closure of deals within the Travel & Hospitality Portfolio customers.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the travel sector to identify partnership opportunities and potential collaborators.
  • Driving innovation by identifying opportunities for joint ventures, integrations, and co-development initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Working towards expanding the company's market presence by leveraging partnerships to enter new segments and geographies
  • Collaborating with internal C-level executives to establish AltexSoft sales and account strategies and goals for Travel & Hospitality.
  • Partner to Managing Director, Center of Travel Technology Excellence and co-owner, as an adviser, of the development of Travel & Hospitality domain expertise in AltexSoft. 
  • Driving the strategic approach to conferences and representing AltexSoft to successfully market its services in North America and grow its client portfolio.
