Travelport is a travel retail platform that connects travel product suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) to resellers (travel agents, travel management companies, tour operators, etc.). 

After it acquired the Apollo, Galileo, and Worldspan systems, Travelport became one of the world’s top three global distribution systems (GDSs) along with Amadeus and Sabre. As a GDS, it aggregates travel inventory and enables search and reservations either through manual terminals or via APIs.

It operates in 160 countries and partners with 650,000 hotel properties, 400+ airlines, 125 low-cost carriers, car rental units in over 38,000 locations, 50 cruise lines, and 19 railway carriers.
