First class

First class is a premium class of seats offered by airlines that provides passengers with enhanced comfort, amenities, and services compared to the economy or business class. It typically includes:

  • larger seats that often recline into beds, providing more space;
  • high-quality meals, beverages (including alcoholic drinks), and personalized service from flight attendants;
  • expedited check-in, security screening, and boarding processes; and
  • access to exclusive airport lounges.

First-class seats have more room between them and wider armrests, creating a more private and comfortable environment. Many airlines offer first-class enclosed suites with sliding doors or partitions that can be closed for complete privacy. These suites resemble small rooms, allowing passengers to work, relax, or sleep undisturbed.
