We are looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Flutter Developer to join a client project in the health and wellness domain. As part of this role, you will shape the architecture and technical direction of flagship mobile applications, delivering seamless, engaging, and high-performing experiences. The app serves as a daily companion for thousands of users on their journey to improved well-being, giving you an opportunity to work on a product with real impact. You’ll be responsible for translating complex requirements into user-focused mobile solutions, while also mentoring colleagues and driving best practices.
About Project

You Have
- 3–5 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Flutter/Dart
- Expert-level knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including advanced state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX)
- Solid understanding of cross-platform development and how Flutter integrates with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C), including build pipelines
- Strong experience working with RESTful APIs; GraphQL exposure is a plus
- Knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC), design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Hands-on experience with local data storage solutions (SQLite/moor/drift, Hive, Shared Preferences) and ORM concepts
- Proficiency in writing unit, widget, and integration tests within Flutter, with a test-driven mindset
- Strong skills with Git workflows and familiarity with CI/CD (Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Ability to optimize app performance, memory management, and battery consumption
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, able to work independently on complex issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks
Would be a plus
- Previous experience as a tech lead or in mentoring roles
- Knowledge of native module development in Flutter for platform-specific functionality
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or MBaaS platforms
- Understanding of mobile accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with security practices in mobile development
- German language skills
You Are Going To
- Architecture & Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and performant mobile apps using Flutter/Dart
- Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering complex features, from concept through deployment
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers, promoting coding standards and best practices
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers (Adobe XD prototypes), and backend teams to define and implement solutions
- API Integration: Connect apps with backend services via RESTful APIs and GraphQL, ensuring reliable data handling
- Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across Android and iOS platforms
- Code Quality & Testing: Maintain high standards through testing (unit, widget, integration, e2e) and active participation in code reviews
- Innovation & Improvement: Recommend and introduce new technologies, tools, and architectural improvements
- UI/UX Excellence: Convert high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive interfaces aligned with iOS and Android guidelines
- Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex issues across different devices and environments
