About Project
We are now looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join a healthcare-focused project. The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems that support predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making in real-world environments. You will be responsible for the entire ML lifecycle—from feature engineering and training to monitoring and scaling production models. This position requires both strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with proven expertise in MLOps practices
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, PySpark, LightGBM, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.) and SQL
- Experience with model development, feature engineering, evaluation, and production deployment
- Proficiency with ML workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow (AWS MWAA)
- Familiarity with additional orchestration frameworks (e.g., Prefect, Dagster, Kubeflow, Metaflow, Pachyderm, Flyte) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for ML (S3, SageMaker, ECS, Step Functions, Lambda, Athena)
- Strong knowledge of Docker; Kubernetes or ECS for packaging and deploying ML models preferred
- Experience with CI/CD for ML workflows (e.g., MLflow, CircleCI, model versioning, automated testing)
- Ability to build monitoring, logging, and retraining workflows to ensure long-term model health
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to productize ML research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks
Would be a plus
- Experience building AI-powered solutions or integrating AI pipelines/APIs into software projects
- Prior work in healthcare, compliance-driven, or regulated domains
- Background in LLMOps (operationalizing Large Language Models in production environments)
- Experience with real-time data integrations and high-scale ML pipelines
You Are Going To
- Build and maintain ML pipelines: Develop scalable and reproducible pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL, and orchestration frameworks
- Productionize ML models: Deploy models into production to solve healthcare-specific challenges
- Automate MLOps workflows: Design and manage automated deployment pipelines with Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems
- Collaborate with research teams: Transform prototypes into stable, production-ready systems
- Monitor and support pipelines: Implement monitoring, logging, and retraining processes; participate in on-call rotation for troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Leverage cloud services: Use AWS-based infrastructure to efficiently train, deploy, and manage ML models
- Integrate with data sources: Connect ML systems with batch and real-time pipelines through APIs and data ingestion frameworks
- Ensure engineering excellence: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Stay innovative: Keep up with emerging MLOps/LLMOps tools, research developments, and best practices in production-scale AI
