We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect who will collaborate closely with our client’s team in the Healthcare domain. In this position, you’ll engage directly with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with their goals. About Project
Healthcare domain
You Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar).
- Proven background in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions including integrations with external systems (ideally AWS).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
- Expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX.
- Solid understanding of data migration, metadata management, and automated testing approaches.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with business stakeholders, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks.
Would be a plus
- Experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA compliance, healthcare data flows).
- Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
- Familiarity with AWS services and integration best practices.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions or integrating AI pipelines/APIs into Salesforce projects.
You Are Going To
- Define and design scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with client’s business needs.
- Lead solution design sessions and provide technical guidance to development and admin teams.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce DevOps processes (CI/CD, release management, automated testing, monitoring).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, compliance (including HIPAA), and system reliability.
- Support data migration and integration activities with external systems.
- Document architecture decisions and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve Salesforce solution performance, scalability, and maintainability.
