• At least 2 years experience in DevOps or Windows/Linux System Administrator role;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience with MS SQL Server administration;
  • MongoDB administration;
  • Experience with Azure cloud;
  • Experience with NewRelic;
  • Experience with Azure Monitor Application Insights;
  • Focus on quality;
  • Proactive and highly collaborative;
  • A sense of urgency and ownership over the product;
  • Willing to self-development to a Software Engineer role;
  • Good communication skills (he/she will need to communicate not only with the customer but also with the team)
  • Experience of NodeJS and/or C# would be a huge plus.                           
  • The Support Engineer will be responsible for the health and operational excellence of the system;
  • Monitoring existing dashboards and react in case of issues;
  • Investigate and resolve servers or services issues;
  • Maintaining the services using ready scripts; Creating new ones;
  • Suggesting the improvements of existing dashboards, creating new ones (when they see typical issues).
