About AltexSoft

We are seeking a motivated Strong Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take on challenging projects with guidance and support. You will work closely with senior PMs, cross-functional teams, and clients to gain hands-on experience while contributing to successful project delivery.

About Project

Our customer is a leading global corporate travel management company serving clients in 170+ countries, helping businesses manage their travel programs from booking to expense management. The company uses advanced travel management platforms and data analytics to optimize travel costs for corporate clients worldwide.
 

You Have

  • 1-3 years of commercial experience in a Project Manager or related role
  • Theoretical of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Some experience working with development teams (distributed teams is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, execution, and delivery support
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
  • Understanding of software development processes and SDLC
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with documentation and reporting tools 

Would be a plus

  • Interest in technical aspects of software development
  • Any experience in client-facing roles or customer service
  • Basic understanding of project metrics and reporting
  • Desire to develop leadership and mentoring skills

You Are Going To

  • Assist in managing projects according to AltexSoft and industry best practices
  • Support client relationships and participate in regular project communications
  • Work with development teams and help facilitate effective collaboration
  • Process Implementation: Help establish and maintain SDLC processes with guidance from senior PMs 
  • Assist in identifying client needs and documenting project requirements
  • Help ensure delivery milestones are met and quality standards maintained
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and PMO activities
  • Learn to identify and escalate project risks with senior PM guidance
  • Support communication between Delivery Managers, Pre-Sales, and Engineering teams
