About Project

We seek an experienced, highly motivated, talented, and proactive Site Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth in Georgia through the involvement of the best talents, building an effective seniority pyramid, supporting a working culture that fosters creativity, and ensuring the implementation of AltexSoft's best practices in management, keeping sustainable grows of the Site's profitability.

You Have

  • Over 2 years of experience in people management and accountability for achieving business objectives.
  • Experience with Gross Profit management and financial performance indicators.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Strong understanding of how service IT business works.
  • Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to lead the Site’s community, coach, mentor, and manage expectations. 
  • English level C1 or higher.

Would be a plus

Working experience in similar roles: Resource/Unit/Location manager in companies which provide software engineering services.

You Are Going To

  • Work closely with Unit Managers to ensure effective project utilization of staff
  • Performance and salary review.
  • Sustain growth of the site’s portfolio and achievement of target finance results.
  • Work closely with the HR Team on the effective realization of all people-related processes on-site.
  • Talent acquisition, adaptation, succession planning, talent pool development, etc., to ensure the availability of highly motivated, qualified, and engaged staff with low attrition levels.
  • Ensure implementation of on-site culture and best practices of AltexSoft including the Code of Conduct, communication rules, internal policies, and guidelines.
  • Become a key person of risk escalation on site.
  • Manage escalations from the Engineering and Project sides as chief Site risk owner.
  • Actively participate in employer branding activities including communications and collaboration with relevant schools, tech communities, and local authorities.
