We're seeking Site Reliability Engineers to maintain system stability during USA timezone hours. You'll join a global team, ensuring seamless operations during the weekends.
Working time: 12 hours/day on weekends, participation on duty (important) + incident management.
About Project
Our client is a certified global travel technology company, specializing in retail travel product distribution for airlines and agencies. Their solutions are built on IATA's NDC Standard, ensuring efficient distribution.
You Have
- Support live production systems, including leveraging problem-solving skills to troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Sentry, Graylag, Data dog, or Splunk).
- 3+ years of experience provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments and services such as EC2, VPC, and ELB, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and security services.
- Strong experience working around micro service architecture and API knowledge is a nice plus.
- Knowledge on Infra Management with Hybrid environment and cloud security.
Would be a plus
- AWS DevOps/SysOps/developer certifications.
- Developer support experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of privacy and HIPAA regulations.
- Travel tech background.
