- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview assessments that align with those needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidate progression throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Work closely with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process.
You Are Going To
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
