We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to successfully onboarding them. Your primary objective will be to drive the talent acquisition strategy and ensure that we are consistently hiring the best talent to meet our business needs.

You Have

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Source and screen candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview assessments that align with those needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidate progression throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
Work closely with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process.

You Are Going To

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions.
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
