We are looking for a Senior Project Manager willing to drive a new challenging project from scratch. We expect that in the first stage you will drive one project as PM, adding a couple of small projects in 6-12 months the first project will go to a stable or maintenance mode. If you would like to grow professionally, PM role can be transferred to another PM you hire and you will be concentrated on delivery management and your portfolio of projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will be fully responsible for delivery and account management of your portfolio of projects and team of project managers working with you.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years at Senior PM role
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC
  • Experience in managing a project of 10+ people distributed all over the world
  • Ability to convert product features into business value and vice versa
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and system architecture
  • Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with members of development teams
  • Ability to coach and mentor PMs • Ability to manage by KPI (develop and cascade, bring it to your team)
  • English level Advanced or higher

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in a role or position of Account Manager
  • Product management experience
  • Technical background
  • Professional certification (PMP, Agile, etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and fulfill client’s needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
  • Establish SDLC on a new project from scratch
  • Build effective and friendly relations inside the team and with other departments
  • Build a trustful and strong relationship with the client
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for clients
  • Leveraging between client and team to ensure business value and expectations are clear and the delivered solution meets them
  • Other PMs management
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services (Up-sale/cross sale)
  • Ensure the delivery happens in time and budget
  • Final decision about team composition acceptance
  • Increase client’s and team’s satisfaction
