We are looking for a Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager willing to become a delivery manager. We expect that in the first stage you will drive one new project as PM and a few small projects as Delivery Manager. When you prove your ability to perform the role of Delivery Manager during 3 – 9 months, the PM role will be transferred to another PM you hire and you will be concentrated on delivery management and your portfolio of projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will be fully responsible for the delivery and account management of your portfolio of projects and a team of project managers working with you. You will report to a Delivery Director and closely work with your peers – Delivery Managers and Unit Managers, to build and sustain your portfolio.


• 2+ years of experience as Delivery Manager or 3+ years in a Senior PM role
• Experience in managing project portfolio
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC
• Experience in managing a project of 15+ people distributes all over the world
• Ability to convert product features into business value and vice versa
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and system architecture
• Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with members of development teams
• Experience in a role or position of Account Manager or taking this responsibility as a Senior PM 
• Practical experience in different stages of the pre-sales process and contract negotiations
• Ability to coach and mentor PMs
• Ability to manage by KPI (develop and cascade, bring it to your team)
• English level Advanced or higher.

• Professional certification (PMP, Agile, etc).


• Identify and fulfill client’s needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
