Along with the product manager and scrum manager, we need the team lead to own responsibility for the team and their deliverables. We will need to provide technical direction and architectural leadership, mentor, pair program, perform peer reviews, work with other stakeholders, create architecture diagrams and documentation as needed, etc.

The team will be coding a lot. Most offshore individual contributors are done working by 11:30 AM eastern time, which provides to Team Lead the time to code features and technology, but also to do proofs of concept to demonstrate architectural solutions to their team.

Requirements:

  • ASP.NET Core – 5+ years
  • Experience in WinForms
  • Experience in Azure
  • Experience in JavaScript
  • Experience in Kafka
  • Experience in EDA

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Autodesk plug-in
  • English – Upper-Intermediate

Key skills:

  • Languages: C#, JavaScript
  • Architecture: Microservices and Windows client
  • UI: Windows client, WinForms

Desirable skills may be difficult to find, but learnable:

  • Autodesk client app APIs, AutoCAD/Revit
  • Autodesk Forge
