AltexSoft is hiring Senior Engagement Specialist who will be a great addendum to our sales force. Senior Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting a client to securing a deal.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with senior management and business owners to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Proven expertise in driving B2B sales with deals ranging from 1M USD to 10M USD.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
- Ambitious and target-focused with a drive to succeed.
- Proactive critical thinker.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel worldwide up to 25% of the time.
Would be a plus:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with Eastern Europe and understanding the local business culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with C-level executives to establish AltexSoft sales strategy for engagement with target customers.
- Builds develops and owns the relationship with defined customer profiles.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participates in strategic initiatives as needed, including sales collateral development, new product brainstorming, marketing outreach, and value proposition refinement.
