About AltexSoft

AltexSoft is looking to fill a new position, Senior Director, Travel Accounts & Partnerships, Americas, who will be a great addition to our business development team and work closely with our Center of Travel Technology Excellence.

About Project

Senior Director, Travel Accounts & Partnerships, Americas will be responsible for acquiring and managing key Travel & Hospitality customers in North America. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of software development, travel technology trends, and a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

You Have

  • • 5 years’ experience in Travel & Hospitality or Travel Technology. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business. 
  • Proven expertise in driving B2B sales with deals ranging from at least 1M to 10M USD. 
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sustainable revenue growth. 
  • Experience working with internal senior management and business owners to align sales strategies and solutions. 
  • Ambitious and target-focused with a drive to succeed. 
  • Extensive personal network in the Travel & Hospitality world. 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to client engagement. 
  • Ability to travel worldwide up to 25% of the time.

Would be a plus

Master's degree.

You Are Going To

  • Leading AltexSoft’s North American sales strategy in Travel & Hospitality, overseeing customer acquisition and business development.
  • Cultivating relationships with key clients and ensuring deal closures within the Travel & Hospitality Portfolio. Keeping abreast of industry trends to identify collaboration opportunities and drive innovation through joint ventures and partnerships.
  • Expanding market presence by leveraging partnerships for entry into new segments and geographies. Collaborating with internal C-level executives to establish sales and account strategies.
  • Advising on the development of Travel & Hospitality domain expertise within AltexSoft's Center of Travel Technology Excellence.
  • Driving the strategic approach to conferences and representing AltexSoft to promote services and expand the client portfolio in North America.
