We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with confident experience in the Travel domain.
About Project
Our client is a hub that combines several products to create a comprehensive product suite for airlines.
You Have
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document/artifact delivered in the past
- Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis and product management knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases
- Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope modeling techniques
- Experience with Canvas, User story mapping, User interviews, etc
- Experience in presale/discovery activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent skills in stakeholders management, being able to act and work independently
- Good communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, and non-technical resources, as well as management
- Problem-solving skills to support the team and client
- Be flexible to change and willing to adapt to client and team needs
You Are Going To
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Act as a leader within the company
- Interact with stakeholders from the client side, starting from high-level vision and business requirements to low-level functional/non-functional requirements. Define problem statements, assumptions, and constraints of the solution
- Analyze and critically verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes, and verify with the product owner
- Control project scope and maintenance backlog. Closely work with Project Manager on planning activities
- Support product development starting from project overview and roadmap till the support stage of the project.
