About Project
Our client is a hub that combines several products to create a comprehensive product suite for airlines.
You Have
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document/artifact delivered in the past
Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis and product management knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities
Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases
Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope modeling techniques
Experience with Canvas, User story mapping, User interviews, etc
Experience in presale/discovery activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent skills in stakeholders management, being able to act and work independently
Good communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, and non-technical resources, as well as management
Problem-solving skills to support the team and client
Be flexible to change and willing to adapt to client and team needs
You Are Going To
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Act as a leader within the company
Interact with stakeholders from the client side, starting from high-level vision and business requirements to low-level functional/non-functional requirements. Define problem statements, assumptions, and constraints of the solution
Analyze and critically verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes, and verify with the product owner
Control project scope and maintenance backlog. Closely work with Project Manager on planning activities
Support product development starting from project overview and roadmap till the support stage of the project.
