About AltexSoft
We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join an early-stage startup developing tools that enable collective intelligence and structured collaboration at scale. The team is building a powerful AI-as-a-Service platform combining language models, retrieval systems, and long-term memory components to support multi-stakeholder decision-making processes. If you’re excited by applied AI, LLMs, and building production-ready intelligent agents, this role is for you.
About Project
The platform is a new AI-powered decision-support system aimed at helping groups navigate and resolve complex multi-stakeholder challenges. The team is small, agile, and passionate about reshaping digital collaboration. It’s a unique opportunity to help build a tool from the ground up that could redefine how we solve big problems together.
You Have
- Experience in Python, especially for working with LLM frameworks and AI APIs
- Experience using or integrating large language models (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.)
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, or similar toolkits
- Ability to build and optimize agentic systems, memory-based logic, and reranking pipelines
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion (markdown, files, structured sources)
- Comfortable integrating APIs and deploying systems in production
- Familiarity with observability, tracing, or performance monitoring tools
- Understanding of vector databases and retrieval mechanisms
- Basic knowledge of Node.js is a plus
Would be a plus
- Experience with voice interface platforms and real-time agents
- Familiarity with tools such as RetellAI, Firecrawl, Langsmith
- Background in web scraping or content crawling systems
- Prior work in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments
You Are Going To
- Build and maintain intelligent agents leveraging LLMs and custom memory systems
- Integrate external APIs and AI service providers to support dynamic pipelines
- Develop crawling, processing, and content ingestion tools
- Implement observability and tracing to ensure reliability and performance
- Collaborate with a small, visionary team to design scalable, future-facing solutions
