AltexSoft is a fast-growing software engineering and consulting company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Middle/Senior Python Developer (AI experience) to join our team.
 

About Project

We are developing an AI-powered solution that leverages the latest advancements in machine learning and intelligent automation. You will collaborate with a team of skilled and experienced professionals to implement key components of the system. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategically planned AI product, influence technical decisions, and work with modern, high-impact technologies.

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in software development using Python Experience with RAG models and familiarity with LlamaIndex, Haystack
  • Understanding of AI/ML principles and practical experience with AI tools like LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with MCP,  the ability to structure and manage contextual data for LLM interactions
  • Experience with writing and implementing APIs (e.g. REST API) DevOps experience: FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, etc.

You Are Going To

  • Design and develop RAG architectures for AI-driven applications using Python
  • Build and maintain AI Agents capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution
  • Integrate models into applications and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with team members in an agile environment, participating in planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.
