Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Sociology, Political Sciences, Psychology, or Personnel Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR including more than 2 years as People Partner or HR Specialist.
  • Successful experience in drawing up corporate policies.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data.
  • A good understanding of survey methods and methods of analysis of survey results will be a plus Understanding of the company’s business and finances, its needs.
  • Benchmarking, good knowledge of the main HR trends.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Process Management.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Organizational Design.
  • Basic knowledge of Strategic Planning.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management.
  • Basic knowledge of Cultural Studies. Understanding of how corporate culture, mission, and values work together.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizational design and updating of the company’s organizational structure. Description and assessment of new positions, assistance in creating new positions.
  • Ownership and support of the corporate assessment center in close collaboration with Unit Managers.
  • Leadership in the promotion and implementation of corporate activities, related to Cultural Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Leadership in the development of the internal HRIS system and participation in the development team.
  • Writing and maintaining up-to-date corporate policies and processes related to People Management.
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of corporate HR strategy.
  • Providing professional advice and guidance to team members and managers.
