Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 1.5 years of experience in People Analysis
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (esp., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of main indicators of people analytics
- Be good with figures
- Basic analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate English level or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of internal services, related to people management (user creation and deleting, database update and maintenance)
- Support of corporate health care program (communication with employees and process support, reports preparation)
- Support educational activities in collaboration with Learning and Development Lead
- Collect people analytics data and fill in reports
- Provide special reports and information for managers and colleagues by request
- Monitoring the use of vacations and sick leave
- Participation in the creation and implementation of corporate HR strategy.
