Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in People Analysis
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (esp., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of main indicators of people analytics
  • Be good with figures
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Intermediate English level or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of internal services, related to people management (user creation and deleting, database update and maintenance)
  • Support of corporate health care program (communication with employees and process support, reports preparation)
  • Support educational activities in collaboration with Learning and Development Lead
  • Collect people analytics data and fill in reports
  • Provide special reports and information for managers and colleagues by request
  • Monitoring the use of vacations and sick leave
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of corporate HR strategy.
