AltexSoft is looking for a partnership executive to join our team. Your main focus will be on conducting outbound outreach, nurturing, and on-boarding new business partners. Along the way, you will closely cooperate with marketing, client engagement and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy for growing channel partners’ network
  • Create partner personas and value propositions
  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential partners
  • Generate leads and qualified opportunities for the client engagement team
  • Support on-boarding of new channel partners 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the partnership program, suggest and implement changes based on market traction
  • Take part in launching co-marketing activities with business partners
  • Continuously look for new ideas to increase the performance of partnership program, identify new partnership opportunities, and automate outreach.

Requirements:

  • Be an active person with excellent spoken and written English
  • Outstanding relationship building and relationship management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, perform according to KPIs
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Proper understanding of IT service industry, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship
