We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the AltexSoft design team. We offer work with a variety of products with different scopes and team sizes for our customers. Project scope varies from B2C web services and mobile applications to complex SaaS solutions and platforms. You’ll be taking part in different activities, like elicitation requirements, research, and designing from wireframes to final mockups. About Project
We are looking for a Middle UX/UI designer to join our growing team.
You Have
Technical skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer or similar; Extensive experience in B2C portals, e-commerce, SAAS, CRM, B2B solutions;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
- Fluency in user-centered design principles and techniques;
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and design for web, mobile, and desktop applications;
- Fluency in working with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision etc); Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, user research, information architecture, wireframes creation and prototyping, heuristic evaluation, etc
Non-technical Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interaction skills (facilitation, team work, conflict resolution) Problem solving skills
- Flexible to change, and willing to adapt with client and team needs Proactive and highly collaborative
- Analytical thinking and agile mindset
- An eye for detail
- Sense of humor and creativity
Would be a plus
- Experience in presales/discovery activities;
- Experience with travel domain;
- Workshops facilitation, design sprints conducting, etc;
- Experience using web analytics and statistical tools;
- Experience in performing split-testing and usability testing;
- Product managment extensive experience
