• 3+ years of working experience as a Software/System Architect or technical leader
• 5+ years’ experience as a software developer
• Experience with mobile and web application architecture
• Experience in architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions for complex projects. 
• Proven experience with modular component-based architectures, design patterns, and system integration. Experience with front-end Testing and Quality Assurance frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright). Familiarity with automated testing and code quality tools
• Good experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries (e.g., React.JS, React Native, React Query, Apollo Client, RTK)
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development approach.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques to deliver fast and efficient user experiences across different devices and network conditions. Familiarity with performance monitoring and debugging tools
• Understanding of accessibility and usability standards (e.g., WCAG) and ability to implement accessible designs
• Strong focus on usability and user-centered design principles
• Excellent knowledge of security - Common web security vulnerabilities and best practices to mitigate them. Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, secure data handling, and encryption techniques
• Strong documentation skills to create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and coding standards
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
