• Take charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing all talent acquisition processes and strategies;
  • Meet the сompany recruitment goals; 
  • Be responsible for all recruitment activities — including employer branding — to fill all vacancies on time and in a cost-effective way;
  • Assist hiring managers and teams in creating job descriptions that accurately reflect duties and business requirements for new employees;
  • Cooperate with all members of the HR team to develop and implement hiring plans and activities;
  • Define the optimal strategy of working with hiring agencies to broaden recruitment resources; 
  • Develop the employer brand and align brand promotion activities with the corporate goals;
  • Take charge of launching recruitment campaigns in new locations;
  • Budget recruitment processes.


  • 5+ years in IT recruitment;
  • Managerial experience is a must;
  • Experience with international recruitment projects; 
  • Solid experience in working with C-Level managers;
  • Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle;
  • Being result-oriented and people-focused;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal clients and outside vendors;
  • Ability to take the initiative and to work with minimal supervision;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English — spoken and written.
