About Project

You Have
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical leadership roles
- 5+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer
- Extensive experience with AWS and/or other cloud solution platforms
- Vast knowledge and experience with a variety of software design patterns
- Excellent knowledge on security – authentication and authorization market standards
- Proficiency in conducting project audits and implementing improvement strategies
- Strong background in technical consulting and presales activities
- Experience in driving research and development efforts, including proof-of-concept creation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and educate teams on best practices
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
You Are Going To
- As the Head of CoEE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical development and ensuring our sustainable leadership in the industry. Your expertise as a Solutions Architect will be instrumental in providing technical consulting services to both new and existing clients, playing a crucial role in presales activities.
- Your responsibilities will include driving research and development efforts, spearheading proof-of-concept creation, and collaborating closely with our marketing team on technology-related matters. Your technical acumen will establish the standards and approaches for delivering high-quality projects, and you will be responsible for ensuring a quality engineering approach throughout our endeavors.
- Knowledge sharing will be a key aspect of your role, as you will educate and empower our teams with the best practices in Quality Excellence, Product mindset, and Consulting. Additionally, you will conduct audits of existing projects to assess architecture, code, and technical processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Last but not least, as the Head of CoEE, you will hold the key responsibility of formulating and executing the strategic development of the center and technologies vector of the Company. Together with our Center of Travel Tech Excellence, you will shape our path toward continuous growth and innovation, at the intersection of technical solutions and business development.
