AltexSoft is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager who will be a senior sales leader in the Account Management team. Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for the financial aspects of our customer portfolio: extension of commercial agreements and expansion via up-selling and cross-selling our services to enterprise organizations. The role is perfect for someone who has exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills and who can engage naturally with CXOs at large companies.


  •  7+ years of enterprise field selling experience in tech companies.
  • Experience with closing large six/seven-figure contracts.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating consistent year-to-year growth of revenues accordingly to annual quotas.
  •  Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  •  Extensive experience managing full-cycle sales.
  •  Strong belief in customer-centric selling and consultative selling approaches.
  •  Experience in selling innovative concepts to enterprise organizations.
  •  Excellent time/organizational management.
  •  Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  •  High degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Eastern Europe and understanding the local business culture.


  • Collaborates internally with C-level executives to establish account development strategies and plans based on customer research. Leads the execution of account development plans.
  • Maintains executive buyer relationships with the key stakeholders on the client side.
  • Is responsible for growing existing accounts through up-sell, cross-sell, renewals, and churn prevention.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Tech Competency Center, Delivery, and Finance to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Participates in strategic initiatives as needed, including sales collateral development, new product brainstorming, marketing outreach, and value proposition refinement.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide up to 25% of the time.
