What's the best REST API for fare pricing / fare class availability (no booking)?

I'm working on a project that needs access to availability by booking class. I've looked at the free REST APIs from Amadeus and Sabre and neither offer what I need. A couple of years ago I would have used QPX Express. These days, what's my best bet for fare class availability accessible via REST (preferably)? atpco seems compelling.

Yes, ATPCO would be the first place to go to get fare classes. Unfortunately, we haven’t worked with their API directly. Also, have you checked Kiwi API? They provide fare basis, fare family, and fare class info.

You should use Hotel Price Comparison API for Hotel and FLight API for Flights. They both compare prices from several vendors to provide Hotel and flight prices respectively from multiple vendors.
