We're trying to build an employee management software for a client, which among other features, must have this travel booking feature.

Essentially client wants to pay for flight/hotel/car rental for his VIP delegates.
We want the delegate to receive an invitation link to choose flight / hotel / car from an OTA like Expedia for example, but we don't want him to be able to see the price. For each we want to have a filter, so it shows only the available options from within our budget. Once delegate finalizes his booking, the payment will be automatically made from client's account and delegate should only receive the confirmation email outlining all details such as dates, rooms etc. all except the price.

Is there any tool available in the market for a feature like this? Or which business should I reach out to for such an integration? Any advice please!!

Hello, Unfortunately, we haven’t heard of such a booking engine available on the market. Normally, you implement that filtering by price within your internal business logic. Similarly, you can hide prices on your side. 
 
To do that you must have API integration with your inventory suppliers and a booking engine that you can customize, either internal or white-label, given that a provider can help with customization. Let us know if you need further consultation.
