About Project
We're looking for a confident Middle Data Scientist who will strengthen our Data Science team where you will participate in making algorithmic decisions and experiments, communicate with the development teams, and write a good code.
You Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python in commercial projects
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques
- Practical experience in developing AI-powered solutions and applying ML to business problems
- Strong data analysis skills, including data exploration, feature engineering, and result interpretation
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Adaptability and readiness to work in changing project environments
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new tools and approaches
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks
Would be a plus
- Experience with computer vision or natural language processing use cases
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical validation of results
- Understanding of model interpretability and explainable AI techniques
- Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel data processing
- Experience with real-time ML systems and streaming data pipelines
- Familiarity with AutoML tools and automated model optimization approaches
- Research background or publications in the ML or AI field
- Experience building AI-powered solutions or integrating AI pipelines/APIs into software projects
You Are Going To
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning models to solve diverse business problems
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions from initial concept to production environments
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and robustness
- Apply MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration
- Participate in ML experimentation, evaluation, and algorithmic decision-making
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Research, test, and adopt new machine learning methods, tools, and technologies
- Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to internal ML standards, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
