AltexSoft is seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Head of Human Capital to lead our global HR strategy and drive the expansion of our presence worldwide.
About Project
In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategy to attract extraordinary talent, fostering an innovative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that empowers our people to excel. Your leadership will be key in realizing our vision and bringing out the best in every member of the AltexSoft team.
You Have
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a global role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in multinational organizations
- Experience in developing and implementing a people management strategy in a company's transformation from a local to a global level
- Strong understanding of global HR trends, employment laws, and cultural nuances
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
You Are Going To
- Develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy to support the company
- Implement leadership development programs that foster cross-cultural competency and facilitate effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices in each country of operation, mitigating legal and regulatory risks associated with global expansion.
- Build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and educational institutions, to support talent pipeline development and workforce planning efforts.
- Lead global talent acquisition efforts to identify and recruit top talent in various regions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects local market needs.
- Implement DEI initiatives to promote a workplace that values diversity and encourages contributions from all employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve target business indicators such as average income per employee, average salary, and average employee cost. Influence these metrics through seniority pyramid adjustments, project assignments, salary changes, and exploring potential global expansion opportunities.
- Lead budget planning, cost management, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Oversee vendor management and make strategic investment decisions to support business growth.
