• Organization and control of timely preparation and provision of agreed planned budgets of the CFR and departments;
  • Consolidation of CRF’s budgets;
  • Provision of advisory and methodological support for departments in the preparation of planned budgets;
  • Organization of measures for the coordination and approval of plans;
  • Preparation of consolidated budgets;
  • Participation in the organization and control of budget implementation;
  • Creating and processing of applications in 1C, work with reports;
  • Planning and implementation of accounting forms and methods in accordance with the approved expenditure of budgets, description of cash flows in the accounting registers;
  • Participation in the developing and implementation of budgeting policy, working with budgets users;
  • Submission of proposals for changes in the budgeting process.


  • 3+ years of experience at the same position (working experience in IT will be a plus);
  • Advanced user of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.);
  • Advanced user of 1C 8 (Management Accounting, work with applications, reports, budgets, etc.);
  • Working experience with basic reports (P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Balance sheet, etc.);
  • Stress-resistance, ability to work with a lot of information and tasks;
  • Communication skills, ability to negotiate with top-management of the company;
  • English level Intermediate or higher;
  • Master’s degree in economics or finances.
