Responsibilities:

  • Performing various operational ad-hoc tasks (checking /put in holidays to the system, creating reports for Top Managers, etc.);
  • Help with operational ad-hoc tasks (certification, presentation, etc.);
  • Organization meetings and business trips for Tor Managers;
  • Assistance to Project Managers in preparing reports;
  • Assistance to employees with writing/checking letters in English;
  • Assistance in preparation for meetings;
  • Requesting feedbacks and other necessary information.

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Attention to details.
