Yatra Launches DIYA, an AI Travel Agent for End-to-End Booking
Yatra Online, an Indian OTA, has launched DIYA (Digital Intelligent Yatra Advisor), an AI travel agent.
The tool is available in over 100 languages and offers trip planning, search and comparison of travel options, and instant booking within a single interface.
DIYA also supports post-booking services such as trip cancellations, group booking management, policy checks, and e-ticket generation.
DIYA is now live on Yatra's platform and available to both registered and guest users.
The launch closely follows MakeMyTrip’s rollout of Myra, an AI travel assistant, earlier this month.
