Icelandair-Alaska Codeshare Links Europe and US West Coast

Icelandair and Alaska Airlines, partners for over 15 years, have signed a new bilateral codeshare agreement.
Starting October 2025, passengers can book itineraries involving both carriers under a single ticket. It also includes reciprocal loyalty point earning and redemption, as well as linked baggage handling.
The agreement expands travel options between Icelandair’s network of approximately 60 European destinations from Reykjavik and Alaska Airlines’ strong presence along the US West Coast.
The partnership complements the recently introduced Atmos Rewards, a loyalty program that unifies Alaska Mileage Plan and HawaiianMiles. After acquiring Hawaiian Airlines in September 2024, Alaska merged with Hawaiian by migrating to one PSS.
