HotelMinder’s Lobby Helps Small Hotels Access High-Level Expertise

HotelMinder has introduced Lobby, a new free global network that connects hotel owners with hospitality experts who can help improve operations and strategy.

Joining Lobby is free, and the platform only earns a commission when a hotel successfully hires one of its experts.

Each expert is screened by HotelMinder and brings experience in areas like revenue management, technology setup, marketing, guest experience, automation, and overall operations.

Hotels can hire experts for specific projects or short-term tasks, such as auditing their systems, suggesting new tools, or developing a revenue growth plan.

HotelMinder recognized that while many hotels adopt digital tools, technology alone isn’t enough, and many hotels need actionable guidance, strategy, and operational support.

The goal is to make professional consulting more accessible and give smaller properties (not just large hotel groups) access to high-level expertise, helping them become more competitive.

HotelMinder, founded in 2013, had been primarily focused on providing technology for independent hotels, and with Lobby, it is now expanding to add a human-expert support layer in addition to digital tools.
