About AltexSoft
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP solutions. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and business stakeholders to transform data into intelligent, production-ready models.
About Project
The team is now focused on enhancing system scalability in automated warranty claims processing, as well as developing new features to further optimize warranty operations, including AI-driven solutions Implementing services that help streamline the process of collecting repair orders from Dealers, submitting them by Agents, resulting in significant cost and time savings for Dealers
You Have
- 5+ years experience in Python
- Practical experience with Amazon SageMaker and cloud-based ML workflows
- Solid knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms
- Proven experience in natural language processing (NLP) and big data processing
- Familiarity with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment best practices
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on applied AI use cases such as automation, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with responsibility for quality and deadlines
- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development tasks
Would be a plus
- Participation in AI research or contribution to open-source ML projects
You Are Going To
- Design and implement machine learning and NLP models across various domains
- Prepare, clean, and process large datasets to ensure data quality and feature relevance
- Develop, train, and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize accuracy and efficiency
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments using AWS SageMaker
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI components
- Perform validation, A/B testing, and model retraining based on production feedback
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering architecture, training, and deployment workflows
- Stay updated with new research, frameworks, and tools in the AI/ML domain to improve system capabilities
