TikTok Partners with Booking.com for In-App Reservations

In collaboration with Booking.com, TikTok has launched a new feature allowing US users to book hotels directly through the app.
When a TikTok creator shares a video featuring a hotel, viewers can tap the location pin embedded in the video. This redirects them to the hotel's dedicated page within the app, where users can see information about the property, including availability, descriptions, prices, and amenities. Users can then select their check-in and check-out dates to complete the booking process.
To complement this functionality, TikTok has introduced "TikTok Go", a monetization program for creators. Eligible influencers (aged 18 and above with at least 1,000 followers) can earn commissions or receive vouchers by promoting hotels and other businesses.
Creators can select tasks such as posting videos about specific properties and earn rewards based on the bookings generated from their content.
At the same time, the OTA and Ryanair reached an agreement to bring Ryanair’s flights back to the Booking.com platform.
