New Partnerships Lift Revenue for Amadeus in 2025 Results

Amadeus released its financial results for the full year ending December 31, 2025, reporting steady expansion across revenue, profitability, and cash generation.
Full year 2025 highlights
- Group revenue reached €6.517 billion ($7.56 billion), up 6.1 percent from the previous year. When measured at constant currency, revenue growth was even stronger at 8.5 percent.
- Operating income rose 8.0 percent to €1.758 billion ($2.04 billion), reflecting improved efficiency and scalable growth across business segments.
- Adjusted EBIT amounted to €1.893 billion ($2.2 billion), a 10.2 percent increase at constant currency, signaling expanding margins and disciplined cost management.
- Profit for the year totaled €1.335 billion ($1.55 billion), up 6.6 percent year over year, while diluted earnings per share increased 8.0 percent.
- Free cash flow reached €1.302 billion ($1.51 billion), a 6.9 percent improvement over 2024, excluding non-recurring cash inflows recorded in the prior year.
Hospitality and other solutions accelerate
Revenue from Hospitality and Other Solutions increased 6.1 percent in 2025, or 9.6 percent at constant currency. The segment experienced noticeable acceleration toward the end of the year, with fourth-quarter growth reaching 13.9 percent at constant currency.
This acceleration was primarily fueled by new customer wins, successful implementations for recently signed clients, and broader revenue improvements across multiple business domains.
Air Distribution benefits from bookings and pricing dynamics
Air Distribution revenue grew 5.9 percent in 2025, or 8.0 percent at constant currency. Performance in this segment was driven by both booking volume expansion and improved revenue per transaction.
Total bookings increased 2.8 percent, supported by sustained commercial success across regions and strengthened airline partnerships. In addition, revenue per booking expanded 5.0 percent at constant currency. This uplift was mainly driven by favorable pricing dynamics stemming from contract renewals, newly signed agreements, and inflation-related adjustments.
Additionally, Amadeus recently announced the acquisition of SkyLink, a US-based startup specializing in AI-powered tools for corporate travel booking. The company plans to integrate SkyLink’s conversational technology into its existing product portfolio. The goal is to enable business travelers and travel arrangers to search for and book trips more efficiently using natural language.
