Amadeus Q3 2025 Rockets: $1.7B Revenue and 8% Profit Jump

Amadeus has reported strong third-quarter 2025 results, with accelerated revenue growth and expanded profit margins across its business segments.
The company reported group revenue of €1.6 billion ($1.73 billion) for the third quarter of 2025, representing an increase of 6.4 percent compared to €1.5 billion ($1.62 billion) in the same quarter last year.
Adjusted net income was €370.2 million ($428 million) for the third quarter of 2025—a nearly 8 percent increase compared to the same quarter last year.
The company revealed an adjusted EPS (earnings per share) of €0.84 ($0.95) per share, marking a 6.9 percent increase in adjusted basic EPS compared to the same quarter last year.
Amadeus highlighted strong booking momentum in the Asia Pacific, where bookings increased 12.1 percent.
Amadeus reaffirmed its full-year guidance, targeting the lower end of its projected revenue growth range between 7.4 percent and 11.4 percent.
For the first nine months of the year, group revenue reached €4.89 billion ($5.65 billion), up 6.4 percent on a reported basis and 8.0 percent at constant currency rates, showing improved momentum in the latest quarter.
Operating income rose 8.4 percent to €1.42 billion ($1.64 billion), while adjusted EBIT increased 8.7 percent to €1.47 billion ($1.7 billion).
Net profit climbed 10.1 percent to €1.09 billion ($1.26 billion), and free cash flow surged to €955 million ($1.1 billion).
Net financial debt remained well-managed at €2.22 billion ($2.57 billion), equal to 0.9 times last-twelve-month EBITDA.
The company’s Air IT Solutions segment generated €1.7 billion ($1.84 billion) in revenue for the nine months, up 6.5 percent year over year. Air Distribution revenue rose 6.6 percent from a year earlier to €2.3 billion ($2.48 billion), supported by strong airline booking activity.
Meanwhile, Amadeus’s Hospitality business unit recorded €776 million ($838 million) in revenue for the nine months, up from €734 million ($793 million) in 2024.
Also recently, Sabre shared its third quarter 2025 financial results, reporting revenue of $715 million, a 3 percent increase from the same quarter last year and slightly ahead of forecasts.
