ALL Accor Launches ChatGPT App to Simplify Hotel Search

ALL Accor, the booking platform and loyalty ecosystem of hospitality group Accor, has introduced a dedicated app inside ChatGPT.
Starting January 29, 2026, users can look for accommodation options directly inside the ChatGPT interface. By entering a destination and travel dates, users can browse available properties from Accor’s worldwide network in a more conversational format.
Importantly, this tool is different from the existing ALL Accor mobile application and was built specifically for the ChatGPT environment.
What travelers can see before leaving ChatGPT
Within the ChatGPT interface, users are able to access a range of booking details, including room categories, on-site amenities, location details, available room rates and, when relevant, special discounted prices reserved for members of the ALL Accor loyalty program.
When a user decides to complete a reservation, they are redirected to the official ALL Accor booking platform.
This setup mirrors other travel industry collaborations with AI platforms. For example, Virgin Australia’s partnership with OpenAI also allows travelers to see personalized flight recommendations in the ChatGPT interface, while still completing bookings outside.
Global rollout and strategic reasoning
The ALL Accor app for ChatGPT is available in more than 20 languages and in markets where ChatGPT apps are supported.
Accor positions the launch as a response to rapidly shifting customer expectations, where travelers increasingly expect conversational, AI-powered assistance. The company also views AI as a way to create value for both guests and property owners.
