AltexSoft Renews ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Earns ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Certification for AI Management

Atlanta, GA – August 14, 2026 – AltexSoft, an AI-first Travel & Hospitality Technology Consulting company, has renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management and earned ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for AI management systems. Both certificates were issued on August 13, 2026 and cover the provision of technology consulting services, including software development, systems integration, and digital transformation solutions.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the world's first AI management system standard, setting requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) within an organization. Published in December 2023, it covers AI risk management, AI system impact assessment, system lifecycle management, and third-party supplier oversight.

For AltexSoft, the certification provides an independently audited governance framework for how the company designs, builds, and deploys AI systems, the core of its AI-first delivery model and its work with travel and hospitality clients, moving AI from pilots into production.

The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 renewal confirms ongoing compliance with international standards for information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection across the same scope of services. Maintaining both certifications requires continuous adherence to rigorous controls, periodic internal training for all AltexSoft employees and associates, testing, and regular assessments.
