AltexSoft Participated in the Canada-Ukraine Business Forum 2016

Canada flagsSan Diego, CA - Toronto, Canada – July 6, 2016 – AltexSoft, a Technology & Solution Consulting company, participated in the Canada-Ukraine Business Forum. The event took place in Toronto, Canada on June 20, 2016.
The Forum was initiated by the Global Affairs Canada and Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, in partnership with the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and the Conference Board of Canada. It is an event, that provides a platform to discuss political and business opportunities and strengthen the economic ties between the countries.
The topics discussed at the Forum were focused on the four main industries: Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), Agriculture and Food, Infrastructure and Logistics, Energy Efficiency and Renewables.
This year, the Forum brought together over 400 participants. Among them were Ukrainian and Canadian business leaders and officials, including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine, Stepan Kubiv, ambassadors and a number of ministers from both countries. AltexSoft team was represented at the event by our Sales Director, Brian Schmitt.
During the event, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his first official visit to Ukraine on July 11-12.
