We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel / Head of Legal to support and drive legal operations across the company’s international business activities.
About Project
In this role, you will work closely with leadership, providing strategic legal guidance, managing risks, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for shaping legal processes, supporting business growth, and protecting the company’s interests in complex contractual and corporate matters.
You Have
- 10+ years of legal experience, including 3–5+ years in the IT industry
- Proven experience as a Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel / Partner in a law firm or as a Head of Legal / sole legal function in-house
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and international legal frameworks
- Experience working with cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional environments
- Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and operate at a strategic level - Advanced English (C1) with strong legal writing and communication skills
Would be a plus
- Experience with international tax law
- Background in litigation and dispute resolution
- Experience supporting IP protection and trademark registration
- Experience in IT consulting / outsourcing companies
- Familiarity with migration and relocation processes
- Experience working with global teams and multiple legal systems
You Are Going To
- Develop and consult on the legal strategy for the company’s corporate structure and business activities
- Provide legal advice on contract law, international law, tax considerations, and conflict resolution
- Assess and mitigate risks related to significant transactions and corporate governance
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, partners, vendors, and third-party providers
- Prepare and maintain corporate governance documentation
- Develop internal policies, regulations, and legal guidelines
- Support intellectual property protection, including trademark registration and IP strategy
- Define legal approaches to litigation and disputes, including claim management
- Provide legal support for non-core business projects and initiatives
- Support debt collection processes
- Advise on relocation, visa processes, and migration-related matters
- Support the company’s participation in professional and industry associations
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and specialized counsel
- Provide legal opinions related to foreign jurisdictions and international operations
